At Forged we've been busy creating and crafting new foods, experiences...and now a new bird (made entirely from Forged Parfait).
Quailia represents our imaginative and unconventional approach to food innovation. It’s a fictional creature that embodies the limitless possibilities of cultured meat - that's right, we didn't really chop up a living creature, we're all animal lovers here! Quailia is, in fact, made entirely from Forged Parfait but really, it’s an expression of what we do – creating foods that previously didn’t exist and that you can’t get anywhere in nature.
With Forged Parfait, our first product, we are showcasing the extraordinary potential of cultured meat to create new culinary experiences. Over the last five years, we've brought the best culinary minds, scientists, and engineers together to search through nature to craft a totally unique food. Instead of using cell culturing to recreate meats we already have access to, we've embarked to create foods with flavour and texture combinations previously unachieved - meticulously identifying and isolating the perfect cells, processes, and ingredients to create culinary masterpieces.
What has come of this is Forged Parfait - a new frontier in meat innovation combining a rich, umami flavour with a weightless, melt-in-your-mouth quality...and it’s unlike anything you’ve tasted before.
So, when was the last time you tasted something new for the first time? Well, you can taste Forged Parfait for yourself in Singapore. At one of the most exclusive tastings of cultured meat in the world, beginning April 12th, diners can taste Forged Parfait before anyone else at Mandala Club in Singapore. Guests will experience a seven-course omakase menu featuring Forged Parfait, curated by MORI’s Head Chef Chun Hong La and Forged Chef Adem Kurcan.
